These Terms govern your use of recharge.1percentperformance.com (the "Site"), the Full Tank Dad newsletter, The Front-Load Morning Playbook, and The 21-Day Dad Recharge (together, the "Products"), offered by 1 Percent Better Performance LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site and Products
- Use the Site and Products only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not misuse the Site, for example by attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts or by transmitting malware.
2. Not medical advice
The Products are general health, nutrition, and fitness education. They are not medical advice and do not create a provider and patient relationship. Talk with your healthcare provider before changing your diet, caffeine, electrolyte intake, or exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition or take medications. We do not promise any specific result. Individual results vary.
3. Purchases and payment
Payment for The 21-Day Dad Recharge is a one-time charge, processed by Stripe and due in full at checkout. It is not a subscription. You will receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email.
4. The 30-Day Full Tank Guarantee
If you follow The 21-Day Dad Recharge and do not feel a difference in your energy, email support@1percentperformance.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. This guarantee applies to The 21-Day Dad Recharge and takes the place of any general no-refund terms elsewhere on our websites for this product.
5. Intellectual property
All content in the Site and Products, including text, design, images, and PDFs, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, republish, or share it without our written permission.
6. Third-party products
The Products may mention third-party products, including Rootify electrolytes. Nate Bladecki is the founder of Rootify and formulated Rootify's electrolytes. Any purchase from a third party is governed by that party's own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Percent Better Performance LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Site or Products or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a revised Effective Date.
