This Privacy Policy explains how 1 Percent Better Performance LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit recharge.1percentperformance.com (the "Site"), sign up for the Full Tank Dad newsletter, download The Front-Load Morning Playbook, or buy The 21-Day Dad Recharge. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up, you give us your email address and, if you choose, your first name. When you buy, our payment provider (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here (including campaign tags such as utm_content), and how you interact with the page, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
2. How we use information
- To send you the playbook, the Full Tank Dad newsletter, and anything you buy.
- To process payments and handle refunds and support requests.
- To understand which ads and pages work, so we can improve them.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API measure the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you sign up or buy, we may also send Meta a one-way hashed (scrambled) version of your email address so the sign-up or purchase can be matched to an ad. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta settings.
- Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how the Site is used through aggregated metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, which may record interactions such as clicks and scrolling. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate: email delivery (Omnisend), payment processing (Stripe), website hosting (Netlify), and the analytics and advertising providers listed above. These providers may use information only to perform services for us. We may also share information to comply with the law, protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Third-party links
The Site and our emails link to third-party sites, such as Rootify Supplements. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
6. Data retention
We keep your information as long as needed to provide the newsletter and your purchases, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar laws. To make a request, email support@1percentperformance.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
